A. Dial the voice access phone number. You will be presented with a list of options. Your options are:

B. You may "say" or "press" the appropriate number on your telephone keypad. Remember to wait for the beep before speaking. 

C. After you have made your selection you will be asked to enter your account # and security code (for the first-time callers, your security code will be the last 4 digits of the primary social security number on the account.)
