Voice Access

Step 1. Dial the Voice Access phone number for your area.  You will be presented with a list of options:

(1) for Checking      (2) for Savings      (3) for CDs      (4) for Loans    (5) for Product Spotlight

(6) for Other Services      (7) for System Tutorial      (8) for Operator  

Step 2. You may "say" or "press" the appropriate number, as shown above on your telephone keypad.  Remember to wait for the beep before speaking.

Step 3.  After you have made your selection you will be asked to enter your account # and Security Cod (for first-time callers, your security code will be the last 4 digits of the primary social security number on the account).  By "Voice", say each number after the beep.  Your account balance will be played automatically.
